Tri-Valley COVID-19 Update

Effective Thursday, March 19th, all Tri-Valley Service Centers will be closed for all clients receiving both day and residential services. These clients will receive day services in their homes.

Those individuals who only receive day services will be offered the choice to either come in to the Service Center or elect to stay home. We are offering this choice because some individuals do not have a support system in place to stay at home.

Clients will still be able to go outside and go on vehicle rides, however we will discourage clients from being out independently in the community.

We are entering Phase 2 to help protect the health and safety of both the individuals we serve and staff. Thank you for your cooperation.
