SERVICES
Tri-Valley offers a wide range of services to stimulate, challenge, and inspire the persons we serve. We recommend services based on the unique capabilities and desired lifestyle of each of our persons served.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Each person served at Tri-Valley is paired with a case manager to develop a plan and goals to fit their unique situation. Case managers assess and stay in regular communication with persons served and their families. They are an advocate for the person served and their support network..
DAY SERVICES
Tri-Valley offers an array of day activities for persons served who are not employed full-time. Persons served learn to cook, use computers, participate in art activities, and tend to plants using horticulture. These skills keep persons served learning and growing, as well as participating in group activities.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS
Individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities are empowered when they can contribute and participate in their communities. Persons served who work earn paychecks and learn to save money and budget, as well as become more integrated into their neighborhoods.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Tri-Valley offers diverse housing options for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Allen, Bourbon, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson counties. Some clients thrive in their own homes, while others prefer living with a housemate. Working with persons served, we strive to find comfortable and engaging living spaces.
