FRIENDS OF TRI-VALLEY FOUNDATION
The Friends of Tri-Valley Foundation was formed in 1990 to provide support to Tri-Valley. In 2001, the Foundation began a mission to build homes in Allen, Bourbon, Neosho and Woodson counties for our neighbors with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As of 2018, the Foundation has built six homes, acquired a duplex and added two additional homes. In 2019, the Foundation added their newest home in Fort Scott, Fairway. On January 1, 2020, with the merging of Tri-Valley and New Beginnings Enterprises, the Foundation's mission expanded into Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, and Wilson counties. With that expansion, the Foundation added three new homes. In all, these 13 residences are now "home" to 61 of our neighbors with I/DD.
Each year the Foundation hosts several fundraisers to continue building homes for Tri-Valley clients: To learn more about participating in these events, visit the News and Events page.
