Congratulations Bill Fiscus!

At the January 23rd Board of Director's meeting, VP of Programming Bill Fiscus accepted the position of Tri-Valley Developmental Services, Inc CEO. The CEO position was made vacant when Tim Cunningham accepted a similar position in Colorado. Bill has been with Tri-Valley for 34 years and has helped oversee numerous changes that have been implemented over the years.
