Happy Retirement, Alene Jolly!

On Friday, February 12th, Alene Jolly retired from Tri-Valley Developmental Services. A group of staff, clients, and family celebrated Alene's 40 years of service to Tri-Valley by holding a retirement reception in Alene's honor.
